All returned leather goods must be in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging and authenticity cards intact.

Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original package or via email, then drop off the parcel at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Upon arrival at our boutique warehouse, our artisans will inspect the item's condition, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
